*Panasonic Massage Chair Return Policy*
**Panasonic massage chairs come included with a full home services delivery throughout the continental U.S. If the chair requires service during the warranty period the chair may be removed from your home/office, it will be returned to you once the repairs have been made. We will not accept returns on Massage Chairs.**
Brand New items may be returned or exchanged within 30 Days from date of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping to the customer and back. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Defective items may be returned only within 30 Days from date of purchase.
All returns with missing parts or damaged to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 15% penalty fee. (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer?s box, etc.) Return shipping requires that it be traceable and packed properly to ensure from damages. DO NOT put any courier labels on the manufacturer's merchandise packaging and place in a shipping box for protection. Damage to the item or manufacturing packing due to negligence will be subject to penalties .
We will not accept items back unless they are returned with the manufacturer's original packaging.

Panasonic Massage Chair Warranty
All New Panasonic Massage chairs come with a 1 year full service warranty (parts/Labor). The 2nd and 3rd year
Parts are provided. Extended warranty of 1 to 2 years are available through Panasonic. Option warranty coverage applications forms come with every chair. Please be sure complete and send product registration.
The warranty period of all the products we sell is stated in the product description.
Brand New Items:
All brand new items come with at least a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Factory Serviced Items:
All factory serviced items come with at least a 30 day warranty depending on the model.
Extended Warranties For Telephones:
In addition to the warranty that already comes with the phone, you may purchase 2 year or 3 year extended warranty service plans on all our phones. Extended warranty service plans are honored by Consumer Priority Service Corporation.
